Sound Mind Center existed at the intersection of wellness, music, and mental health. My role was to create the operational structure that allowed artists, facilitators, and practitioners to deliver meaningful experiences smoothly and professionally. This work strengthened my ability to manage both the visible and invisible parts of experience design: the atmosphere guests feel, and the systems that make that atmosphere possible.
